Dear valued residents and businesses of Florida,
Hello, my name is Roxie Allison, the founder of Diamond Floor Cleaning, and I'm thrilled to share our journey with you. When we first started, our focus was on cleaning, but it's through listening to the demands of our customers that we've expanded our services into the realm of restoration.

Beginning with a foundation in cleaning in Springfield, MA, our story began as "The Real Steamer, " a truck-mounted steam cleaning company formed in 2016. One winter took an unexpected turn during a cleaning job for a hibachi restaurant. The truck mount froze and led us to discover the power of dry carpet cleaning and portable machines. The discovery was that the portable machines cleaned the floors better than the truck mount.

From that day on, we started using portable machines and learning other skills, such as natural stone polishing, grout restoration, and hardwood floor refinishing. After years of classes, certifications, and restoring thousands of floors, I have become an expert in cleaning and restoring all types of floors in the industry.
In pursuit of our dreams, my wife and I relocated to the sunny shores of Daytona Beach in 2021, bringing our expertise in portable cleaning and restoration. We formed Diamond Dry Carpet Cleaning and Restoration, which was later changed to Diamond Floor Cleaning.

Our journey has transformed us into more than just a cleaning company – we've become experts in restoring the natural beauty of various surfaces. Our specialties include polishing travertine, marble, countertops, grout restoration, hardwood refinishing, countertop polishing, carpet, and steam cleaning.
