It is recommended that you vacuum your carpet at least once a week. High traffic areas or if you have pets you may need to vacuum every day. Your carpets should be cleaned professionally every six months.

How often should I clean my carpets?

Carpets take about 2 hours to dry.  Fabric protection requires 24 hours to dry.  Furniture takes between 6 to 24 hours to dry depending on how much water is needed to use.  

How long does it take the carpets and upholstery to dry?

You can walk on the carpets immediately after they are cleaned, however, it is important to have clean shoes on.  You need to wait 24 hours before you walk on carpets or upholstery that has been treated with fabric protection.  Furniture can be sat on after it is dry.  

When can I walk on the carpet or sit on the furniture?

Please have any furniture or small items moved before the cleaning. Often we go around large items of furniture such as entertainment centers and beds.  

Do I need to move the furniture before the carpet cleaners arrive?
