How often should I clean my carpets?
Please have any furniture or small items moved before the cleaning. Often we go around large items of furniture such as entertainment centers and beds.
Do I need to move the furniture before the carpet cleaners arrive?
Carpets take about 2 hours to dry. Fabric protection requires 24 hours to dry. Furniture takes between 6 to 24 hours to dry depending on how much water is needed to use.
How long does it take the carpets and upholstery to dry?
Our cleaning solution is an encapsulation fabric cleanser with fluorocarbons. It is safe for your home, family pets, environment and made from food-grade products.
What kind of cleaning solutions do you use?
You can walk on the carpets immediately after they are cleaned, however, it is important to have clean shoes on. You need to wait 24 hours before you walk on carpets or upholstery that has been treated with fabric protection. Furniture can be sat on after it is dry.
